"I'm having trouble connecting my Garmin account to Active For Good."
If you're having trouble connecting your Garmin account to Active For Good, you may need to reset your account connection:
- First, "just try again". (Sometimes the first attempt fails. We're working with Garmin support to get this resolved, but the best first step is just to try connecting it again from Menu → Trackers in the Active For Good app)
If this doesn't work:
- Visit your Garmin Applications Settings page (you may need to sign in first)
- At the bottom of the page, in the Applications section, if you see an "Active For Good" or "Calorie Cloud" application listed, choose Disconnect to remove it
- In the Active For Good app, add the Garmin account again. (Be sure to use the same Garmin account from steps 1 and 2)

"My Garmin says it's connected, but I don't see my workouts in Active For Good"
If your Garmin account is connected, but you don't see your workouts in Active For Good, please reconnect your Garmin account:
- In the Active For Good app, tap Menu (top left corner), then Trackers
- Tap Garmin
- Tap Disconnect From Account
- In the Trackers list, tap Garmin and follow instructions to reconnect it
