"I'm having trouble connecting my Fitbit account to Active For Good."
If you're having trouble connecting your Fitbit account to Active For Good, you may need to reset your account connection:
- Visit your Fitbit Applications Settings page (you may need to sign in first)
- If you see an Active For Good or Calorie Cloud application listed, choose Revoke Access to remove it
- In the Active For Good app, try adding the Fitbit account again. (Be sure to use the same Fitbit account from steps 1 and 2)

"My Fitbit says it's connected, but I don't see my workouts in Active For Good"
If your Fitbit account is connected, but you don't see your workouts in Active For Good, please reconnect your Fitbit account:
- In the Active For Good app, tap Menu (top left corner), then Trackers
- Tap Fitbit
- Tap Disconnect From Account
- In the Trackers list, tap Fitbit and follow instructions to reconnect it
