If you are using...
Android: Close & reopen the Active For Good app. Data pushes every time you open the Active For Good app, AND every 15 minutes (while you are logged in to the Active for Good app)
iOS: Close & reopen the Active For Good app, or take a walk. Data pushes every time you open the Active For Good app (while you are logged in) AND within an hour of any change in activity from the Health app.
A THIRD-PARTY APP (Fitbit or Garmin)
Sync your Fitbit or Garmin device. Data will update every 10-15 minutes, so if you don't think your data is correct, first check that your Garmin/Fitibit app is accurate.
