Once you link your activity tracker account, it might take up to 24 hours for the first connection to be made.
After the initial connection, data will push to your Activity Challenge dashboard at different time intervals based on what activity tracking device you are using.
If you are using...
YOUR SMARTPHONE
Android: Data is updated every 15 minutes (while you are logged into the Active For Good app), as well as every time you open the Active For Good.
iOS: Data is updated within an hour of activity being added to the Health app, as well as every time you open the app.
FITBIT OR GARMIN
First, confirm that you have recently synced your device to the 3rd party app (Fitbit or Garmin). Data will update every 10-15 minutes, so if you don't think your data is correct, first check that your Garmin/Fitbit app is accurate.
